Andy and Brendan return from their day out at the Presidents Cup with some scuttlebutt, amusements, and insights with the USA leading the Internationals 3-2 after the first session. Between the two of them and the boys, they had the matches covered from the ground and return with notes from each - from Koivun’s debut to JT’s macho return to the Kims crushing Cantlay and Gotterup. They discuss the notion of the “dead” crowd that Wyndham Clark called out as well as the course playing tough through the first five matches. Did the Internationals let Scottie and Sam Burns off the hook in the first match? Who were the MVPs and LVPs for each team? They discuss this and then examine the captains’ lineups for day 2 at Medinah.

He's also written for the New York Times and contributed to Golf Channel programming, most often for the live studio show, Morning Drive. He founded the Shotgun Start podcast with Andy Johnson, and joined The Fried Egg full time as an editor, writer, and manager overseeing content.
