Notable Players to Miss the 2026 Masters Cut
These guys won't be driving back down Magnolia Lane this weekend

They can’t all be winners. Here are a few notables who won’t be driving back down Magnolia Lane with a weekend tee time.
J.J. Spaun (5 over) – Not entirely surprising given his lackluster play in 2026, but it is the reigning U.S. Open champion’s first MC in three appearances at the Masters.
Bryson DeChambeau (6 over) – A horrible bunker session on Thursday left Bryson with a first round 76 but he had things back on track for most of Friday. However, another visit to a greenside bunker on No. 18 resulted in his second triple bogey of the week and a shocking early exit.
Cameron Smith (7 over ) – The only player to miss the cut at all four majors in 2025 is 1/1 in 2026. Smith has now missed six consecutive cuts at major championships.
Robert MacIntyre (7 over) – Highlighted by a 15th hole bird on Thursday, Bobby Mac’s first round 80 was not a day to remember. He bounced back with a Friday 71 but still found himself on the outside looking in.

Fred Couples (9 over) – Two-under-par through 14 holes on Thursday, Freddy made an absolute mess on his way home in the first round and couldn’t get anything going on Friday. Still, the annual dalliance with the cut line for the 66-year-old veteran continues to be a highlight.
Min Woo Lee (11 over) – A player with conflicting momenta coming into the Masters, MLW had nothing going around Augusta National and seemed unprepared for the difficult conditions. He now has five missed cuts in his last six major championship appearances.
