I’ll watch anything they make together. When I first saw Creed I leaned over to my wife and said, “Rocky 7 has no business being this good!”

Creed is legit. Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan are fantastic when they work together.

In no particular order, and I tried to spread the love among different sports: Remember the Titans Field of Dreams Creed (yeah, I like it better than Rocky) Ford v. Ferrari Hoosiers Honorable Mention: Miracle

Given the story, the soundtrack, and some of the iconic quotes, Remember The Titans has always been my favorite movie, sports or otherwise. A not-distant 2nd though: Hoosiers Others in considerations: We Are Marshall Angels In The Outfield Caddyshack The Sandlot I have a soft spot for McFarland USA as well

Love it. And loved playing there a year and a half ago after the front 9 restoration, but before the back. Would love to get back someday. I will also shout out John Snell, FEGC member, who convinced me not to miss Pasatiempo after the Lake Merced event in early 2024 as I was meandering down the West Coast. Great call, John!

Here to echo what everyone else is saying -- phenomenal layout; memorable holes; semi-private accessibility -- just an amazing experience. Played it for the first time in early May and I'm not sure a day has gone by where I haven't thought about it; I don't think a course has ever been in my head as much as this one. As we were driving away our assessment was the front nine was good if not great, but the more I've thought about it, I think that initial thought was only because every single hole on the back nine is so unique. I cannot wait to get back to NoCal to play it again.

Great review and profile as always by Garrett. I first played Pasatiempo in 2007. Loved the design then and even more so now that I have learned more about golf course architecture. One aspect of Pasatiempo that I appreciate, like Garrett mentioned in his review, is their "semi-private" model that is similar to the great courses in Scotland, England, and Ireland. My wife isn't a golfer but when she saw Pasatiempo in person even she said "this course looks amazing!" Just a fantastic golf course, thank you Garrett and TFE for the review and profile of this classic golf course.

"what I believe to be the most underrated highly rated course I am aware of in the US" Agree wholeheartedly. If it was uber private and devoid of housing, it would be a world top 10 easily.
