2027 Fried Egg & FEGC Event Lottery and Registration Process

How to navigate the new event lottery and registration process for 2027 FE and FEGC Events

Fried Egg Golf Club,

With our 2027 event lotteries and registrations coming up soon, we want to make sure that you all are ready to roll with the new system and process. Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to enter both FEGC lotteries as well as first-come, first-serve event registrations.

2027 FEGC EVENT HUB - WEBSITE

First up, as we announced last week, we have a new Event Hub ready to roll for the 2027 season. This hub is specially designed with FEGC members in mind, making the registration process easier to understand. The options are separated into Events (usually one-day experiences) and Trips (multi-day experiences).

If you are already logged into the website as an FEGC member, you will have full access to register. If it has been a minute since you were on thefriedegg.com, you will need to log in to see full details.

THROUGH THE FEGC APP

New to 2027, you can now register for events and trips through the Fried Egg Golf Club App on both desktop and mobile. If you don't have the FEGC App downloaded on your phone, you can find it in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

On desktop, you'll find "Events" and "Bookings" under Experiences in the left-hand menu. On your phone, tap the Experiences tab at the bottom, and find Bookings in the ☰ menu.

REGISTERING FOR EVENTS AND TRIPS

FEGC Lotteries

The lottery process for our trips should be far easier to understand in 2027. When a lottery opens, you will select which package you want to enter for (Single Occupancy Lodging, Double Occupancy Lodging, etc.) and enter all relevant details. You will enter your credit card information as well, but you will not be charged at that time. This is just to make the actual registration easier upon successful entries.

If your lottery entry is randomly selected, you will receive a notification and have 48 hours to confirm or decline. If you do not decline, your credit card will be charged and your spot(s) will be confirmed on the trip. Winners will be contacted the day after a lottery ends if the lottery ends on a weekday or the Monday following a lottery that ends on a Friday.

Important, you MUST be logged into either the FEGC app or thefriedegg.com website in order to register for member-exclusive lotteries and events. Gone are the days of passcodes. If you are having any issues getting logged in, please reach out to us at members@thefriedegg.com

A full list of FAQs about the Lottery System is available on each event page.

First-Come, First-Served Events

A perk of being an FEGC member, you all have a 24-hour early-registration period for all of our events and trips that are not exclusive to members. These events register on a first-come, first-served basis. On registration day, the event will open at Noon ET and registrations will roll in until the field limit is reached. Payment is due at the time of registration. If a field does not fill within the FEGC Early Access period it will become available to the general public.

A full list of FAQs about Event Registrations is available on each event page.

Upcoming Events

Streamsong - Opens to FEGC at Noon ET on October 27

Cabot Cape Breton - Opens to FEGC at Noon ET on October 28

Hopefully that's all helpful information. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out.

We can't wait to see you all on the road! Thank you for your continued support.

About the author

Will Knights

Golf was a big part of my upbringing as I grew up with a PGA Professional as a dad. I went to the course with him in the morning, helped out in the pro shop, caddied, and ultimately played golf in college before helping out in the early days of Fried Egg. While I’ve been involved in many different aspects of our organization over the years, today you’ll largely find me at our events and helping our membership as our Community Manager. And while I love this position, my dream job will always be starting shortstop for the Chicago Cubs.
