The August 2025 Fried Egg Golf Club Virtual Hangout will dive into the TV and movie industry with a focus on recent golf films like Happy Gilmore & Stick
Ladies and gents of FEGC,
It's about that time for another edition of our Virtual Hangout series. This month, I'm excited to dive into all things movie and TV — especially golf movies and TV — with two colleagues Garrett Morrison and Parker Tolifson. For those who haven't met Parker just yet, he's joined our team as our Production Director after spending many years in Hollywood working behind the scenes. He spent time with on HBO Shows like Curb Your Enthusiasm and Hacks, Netflix shows like Dead to Me, and plenty of movies. We're excited to dive into Parker's stories from his time in Los Angeles and we will also dive into the industry's recent golf content. Most notably, Happy Gilmore 2.
We'll have plenty of segments and thoughts prepared, but we want to answer any of your questions as well. If you have a question about what it's like being on a TV or movie set, thoughts on a recent movie or TV show that you want to discuss, or anything else really, please drop it in the comments below and we'll read it during the recording.
