I think Mystery, Alaska is underrated. Not saying it's in my top five (ten?), but it's a good movie IMO.

This event provides the Tour’s best opportunity. Niche courses and big city courses are both compelling. Match play feels like a must, ppl will go deep on the brackets, has opportunity to build up rivalries for potential Ryder cup re-matches, all right in a sports dead zone.

I feel this will end up like my hope for the PGA Championship moving around the world every olympic year never going to happen and if it does, it will just end up at a crappy tpc course

Dodgeball and Talledega Nights nearly made my list. Both absolutely qualify

Maybe even Talladega Nights.

If this is the definition then I insist we include Blades of Glory as well as Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story.

It has never crossed my mind how fun it would be to argue that Lebowski is a sports movie, but it would be very fun. Also, is Whiplash a sports movie?

I know someone mentioned Kingpin during the hangout but if we're including bowling movies, The Big Lebowski is probably at the top of my list
