Paulie’s Picks: 2025 Sanderson Farms Championship
We aren't overcomplicating things in the PGA Tour's return to action

Fresh off a dramatic Ryder Cup, the PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup Fall resumes with the Sanderson Farms Championship, held once again at the Country Club of Jackson in Mississippi. This is a very unpredictable event based on the lack of competitive reps for most players over the last month or two. Since early August, many players have only played the Procore Championship. This makes it very hard to ascertain who is in good form and who isn’t. As such, I suggest limiting the number of bets you make this week and focusing on players who we know are in good form. Let’s take a look at my best bet for this week:
Min Woo Lee: Top 20, +130
Most people would not realize that Min Woo Lee has been playing really well as of late. In the last three weeks, he has played twice in Europe, finishing fifth at the French Open and 11th at the BMW Championship, the DP World Tour’s flagship event (similar to the Players Championship for the PGA Tour). He has never played this event, but the course should suit him very well as it puts a high importance on distance off the tee without worrying as much about accuracy. I’m not trying to overcomplicate things this week. I like backing arguably the best player in this field, who we know is in good form and whose skill set also fits the course. Let’s see if the chef can cook us up a top 20 at +130.
