Central Illinois Sand Sites
I, my family, and friends will not receive money, shares, salary, or other tangible assets if these sites sold.
The two golf courses we had in Mason County, IL, closed 9 years ago.
I tell anyone who will listen, it makes no sense to me why we do not have a golf course. Got sand, got easy access to water, and have land with movement. Maybe I am delusional.
Are the sites good? Are the location and climate too much a hinderance? Could they attract play from Chicago,3-hour drive, in the spring and fall?

Sand Type- The balance of both sites is the same type of sand found at Sand Valley
Water- Unconfined aquifer
Power- Accessible
Land Prices- $4000 - $6000 per acre for timber and prairie
