2026 Fried Egg Golf Club Sand Valley Trip
Home to some of the most unique designs in the country, Sand Valley serves as the host venue for FEGC's end-of-summer bash

Following in the footsteps of Bandon Dunes, Dream Golf launched their second golf resort in Wisconsin. What started as one course has now grown to a busy golf metropolis with four courses on property, another on the way, and the reincarnated Lido across the street. Sand Valley is a must-see in the American golf scene.
Our 2026 FEGC Sand Valley Trip will feature five rounds of golf with the option to add a sixth, group dinners each night, and three nights of lodging. It's the trip of a lifetime that is within reach from anywhere in America. You'll experience some of the best golf in the country, meet new and interesting people from within Fried Egg Golf Club, and have the opportunity to add even more golf on to your trip.

Format
Individual-round competitions. Each day, groups will be assigned and we’ll run individual-round competitions for prizes. Want to just visit the resort, play golf, and hang out? You're more than welcome to do so. Want to play serious golf? We can arrange that as well. All handicaps and skill levels are encouraged to participate.
Lodging Information
Participants on the Sand Valley trip have a couple of lodging options. Those opting for single occupancy rooms will stay either near the main paddock of the resort or in one of the premium accommodations on property. The premium rooms are in one of Sand Valley's four-bedroom cottages that feature spacious bedrooms and a common space to relax after a day of golf. Those who stay in the main area of the resort will be in the lodge rooms at Sand Valley and will over look either the first tee at Mammoth Dunes, the 18th hole at Sand Valley, or the 17th hole at Sandbox. All rooms feature top-of-the-line linens and fixtures, the perfect place to unwind.

Course Overview
Perhaps the trickiest commission in golf architecture is building the first 18 at a destination resort, but Coore & Crenshaw’s Sand Valley navigates this challenge with aplomb
Sand Valley
David McLay Kidd’s friendly and fun Mammoth Dunes may be the ideal resort course, but does that make it a great golf course?
Mammoth Dunes
While C.B. Macdonald’s recovered design at The Lido should—and likely will—be inspirational for many golf architects, the construction techniques behind it may prove even more influential
Sand Valley's 19-hole par-3 course, designed by Coore & Crenshaw and shaped predominantly by Jim Craig, is a masterclass in green-building
The Sandbox
On long Wisconsin summer days, visitors often pack in as much golf as possible, and Sedge Valley now provides a convenient option with its par 68, 5,829-yard tipped-out layout
