Registration Information:

A total of 20 spots are available on this trip. Due to the small size, participants will be selected via a lottery. You can enter as a single, twosome, or foursome

*If you register for a twosome, you are allowed to bring one non-FEGC member. If you register for a foursome, two players in the group are allowed to be non-FEGC members.

**This trip is priced at $1.35 USD to £1.00 and is dependent on the exchange rate leading into the trip. The quote is valid as long as the exchange rate stays between $1.30 and $1.40 to £1.00. If the exchange rate falls outside that parameter we will reprice the trip. The final price will also be adjusted should any course change rates (higher or lower) between now and the trip.

Travel Information

Airports - All participants will fly into and out of London Heathrow International Airport (LHR). Transportation will be provided from start to finish, including to and from all rounds of golf and between locations.

Hotels - All participants will have premium accommodations throughout our trip. We'll spend four nights at Princes Golf Club on the English coast and then spend three nights at the Castle Hotel in Windsor.

Course Information

Royal St. George's Golf Club - A 15-time Open Championship host, Royal St. George's presents championship level architecture on its rumpled English coastal landscape.

Prince's Golf Club - Upcoming host of the 2030 Walker Cup, Prince's Golf Club offers 27 holes of seaside links golf that brings the elements to life.

Royal Cinque Ports Golf Club - Host of two early Open Championships, Royal Cinque Ports (known as Deal by the locals) is a mix of rumpled dunesland and classic linksland that celebrates every aspect of UK golf's history.

Woking Golf Club - Among the earliest examples of modern golf architecture, this London area club is not only a historic venue but also one with a clever heathland design.

Huntercombe Golf Club - A mix of heathland and parkland golf, Huntercombe is complete with above-ground features, quirky architecture, and shot demands you don't often see.

Denham Golf Club - Designed by Harry Colt and restored in recent years by Clyde Johnson, Denham is located in the outskirts of London and offers Golden Age architecture in a parkland setting.

Rye Golf Club - Another Harry Colt original that has been modified in the years since his work, Rye is a tremendous walk on the south shore of England with a huge dune ride and wonderful linksland along the English Channel.

September 28, 2027 - Round at Princes Golf Club (Shore & Dunes), Dinner at Princes Golf Club

September 29, 2027 - Round at Royal St. George's followed by coat and tie lunch at Royal St. George's

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the registration process work?‍

Due to the limited spots available on the trip, we are using a lottery for this registration. FEGC members can register as a single, twosome, or foursome for the lottery. At least one player of the twosome has to be an FEGC member and at least two players of a foursome have to be FEGC members.

Can I sign up a non-FEGC member?‍

Yes. If you register for a twosome, you are allowed to bring one non-FEGC member. If you register for a foursome, two players in the group are allowed to be non-FEGC members.

Is lodging included?

Yes, seven nights of lodging are included on the trip. All participants will have premium accommodations throughout our trip. We'll spend four nights at Princes Golf Club on the English coast and then spend three nights at the Castle Hotel in Windsor.

Is airfare included?

No, participants will organize their own airfare. We'll take transportation from there!

Is ground transportation included?

Absolutely. Once you get yourself to Heathrow, we'll have a van waiting and organize all transportation between the hotel and the golf.

Will additional golf be offered up?

While it is not guaranteed, we are working on the option to add additional golf around London for those who want to extend the trip. We will not know if those rounds are possible for some time still, but those who win the lottery will receive all updates should other rounds become available.

Why is there a price range for the estimated cost?

This trip is priced at the current USD to £ exchange and is dependent on the exchange rate leading into the trip. The quote is valid as long as the exchange rate stays within $0.05 on either side of the current rate the price will be valid. If the exchange rate falls outside that parameter we will reprice the trip. The final price will also be adjusted should any course change rates (higher or lower) between now and the trip.

How does payment work?

Upon being selected from the lottery, a $3,000 deposit per player is due to secure your spot. The balance will be due approximately four months ahead of the trip. Participants will be sent invoices with the option to use ACH payments or use a credit card with an additional processing fee.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be issued only when the spot on the trip is replaced by another FEGC member. At that time, a refund will be issued minus any processing fees incurred.

Who is the group lead? 

This trip will be lead by FEGC member Michael Nguyen. Michael is a longtime member who has attended many of our events and has a great deal of experience traveling internationally. He will be a wonderful resource for everyone on the trip.
